Standard Equipment of the MEBAbase 24 DG

- MEBA Mitre System: Large pivoting table prevents cutting into the material support surface – minimal wear costs! The material is always clamped square and close to the saw blade.
- Manual mitre adjustment from 90°–30°, stepless and accurate to 1.0° via scale
- Mitre rotation point is the intersection of the saw blade and the material stop, meaning that length measurement does not change when adjusting the angle.
- Fixed end stops at 30°, 45°, and 90°
- Hydraulic rapid material clamping. The material is clamped square at 90° in every saw frame angle.

- Cutting pressure reduction through the weight of the heavy, torsion-resistant saw frame, and fine adjustment according to the material cross-section via hydraulic damping cylinder and counterbalance spring
