The MACC SPECIAL 335 MS is a semi-automatic bandsaw designed for cutting solid bars and small-size profiles, delivering high output and excellent precision. Its robust construction provides the necessary rigidity and accuracy to the cutting assembly. The blade is driven by a two-speed motor and a special gearbox, featuring a complete bronze gear with a hardened and ground worm screw. The well-dimensioned flywheels and robust blade guides are fitted with sealed ball bearings and adjustable carbide (widia) inserts.

Blade tensioning is achieved by means of an electromechanical micro-switch that puts the band under tension by rotating the blade. The machine features safety devices on the flywheel covers and the blade, and is equipped with a rotating worktable for material support and a vise with quick-approach device.

Operation:
Initiate cutting cycle via start button; the machine:
1. Closes the vise and activates the blade motor
2. Lowers the saw bow for cutting
3. Returns the saw bow to the starting position
4. Stops the blade motor
5. Opens the vise
