MDK 3000 Brush Washing Machine with Muser

Unwashed fruit is delivered to the input section; after pre-washing, the fruit undergoes an additional fresh water spray as it moves along the conveyor belt for further cleaning.

Features easy cleaning, fitted with durable, food-grade polypropylene/acetal modular belts with stepless, bi-directional adjustable belt speeds. Includes two swivel castors and two fixed castors, or can be supplied with anti-vibration feet. Requires minimal maintenance.

- Air injection – nozzles and a fan at the bottom of the tank for intensive cleaning
- Air knife – removes surface water from fruit, reducing water in the final product
- Circulation pump with filter – ensures proper flow in the wash tank
