The fruits are transferred from the sorting table into the washing tank and then conveyed to the washing brushes, where the initial cleaning phase begins. Using the conveyor belt, the fruits are transported under a fresh water spray to the swivelling grating mill, where the fruit or vegetables are further processed to the desired level of fineness. Thanks to the swivelling grating mill, the system can also be used as a pure washing and conveying unit without any modifications.
