Single-sided automatic edge banding machine with jointing unit, hotmelt adhesive application to straight workpieces (EVA/PUR glue tank with drain function optional), twin-motor HF end-trim saw station, HF combination milling unit, corner copying unit, chain feed, motorized upper pressure with encoder and double roller upper pressure with ball bearings, extendable workpiece support rail, signal lamp for workpiece sequence, integrated transport control for contactless operation of processing functions, and L-Motion (6 axes) control. Suitable for ABS, PVC, melamine, and solid wood veneer roll material, as well as fixed lengths from 0.4 – 3.0/6.0 mm and workpiece heights from 10 – 60 mm.

• Two counter-rotating, program-controlled jointing units with diamond-tipped spiral cutters ensure clean, tear-free jointing of the workpieces before edge banding.

• Teflon-coated, quick-change glue pot with 1.5 kg capacity; drip-free with glue reserve feeding from below (excess glue is automatically returned to the pot); precise glue application via glue roller; separate glue roller temperature setting; electronic temperature control with automatic standby function (prevents glue from burning if the machine remains on for longer periods without use).
Optional: EVA/PUR glue pot with drainage/cleaning function for quick color change.
Optional: Quick-change system for glue pot.

• Pressure zone consisting of a driven pressure roller synchronized with the glue roller and two smaller, counter-conical pressure rollers with spring tension, providing optimal adhesion of the edge material to the workpiece. Motorized adjustment of the pressure zone (1xL-Motion).

• High-frequency end-trim saw equipped with two HF motors, 0.55 kW, 12,000 rpm, 2 saw blades; pneumatically tiltable from the control panel.

• HF combination milling station, two powerful 0.55 kW HF motors with carbide-tipped special cutters. Motorized adjustment of the milling station (4xL-Motion).

• Corner copying unit: automatic processing of end edges up to 2 mm edge thickness for PVC/ABS edge material. (Not recommended for soft and post-formed profiles). Optional one-sided (front or rear edge) or double-sided corner copying. Motorized adjustment of the corner copying unit (1xL-Motion).

• Swiveling control panel with 10" color touchscreen, meter counter, and remote access module.

• Standard equipment includes LED lighting and LED-Motion system.

• Optional: motorized adjustable infeed rail from the control panel (1xL-Motion).

Optional finishing units (3 free slots):
- Multi-radius scraper R1+R2, pneumatic ON/OFF control via air cylinder; radius selection (R1/R2) switchable from the control panel.
- Surface scraper unit: removes glue residues from the workpiece surface along the glue joint with a gentle scraping cut; pneumatic ON/OFF control via air cylinder.
- Buffing unit: 2 motors, 0.09 kW, 1,500 rpm, for super-finish results.
