Opis

Condensation drying of air and, indirectly, of food products (fruit, tea, mushrooms, etc.) is the most energy-efficient method for removing water from various materials. It operates on the heat pump principle – by cooling down to vapor temperature, the temperature drops below the dew point, causing moisture from the air to condense on the surface of the heat exchanger. The heat extracted from the air is immediately returned to the same air; with the aid of the electrical energy required for the compressor, 20-30% more heat is generated.
