The MARELEC double-lane fixed-weight slicer, model PORTIO 1 DAP, featuring dual belts, cutting speed up to 25 cuts per second, and five available cutting angles, delivers the highest throughput for slicing poultry products and smaller fish fillets up to 210 mm wide. The machine is suitable for fresh products such as poultry fillets, red meat portions, poultry parts, whole fish, fish fillets, and ready-to-eat products. Intelligent portion cutting—the pre-programmable product calibration enables quick adjustment of the portion size within seconds, while the control panel allows for on-the-fly parameter changes, significantly boosting efficiency. These machines are engineered to meet the strictest hygiene standards. The CIP system and fully openable construction ensure fast cleaning cycles for both the belt and knife guides. The removable modular belt is also easy to clean. The system can be configured with various product holding options and blade types to best match the product. The product is fed onto the infeed belt. A 3D laser scanner then calculates its volume. The operator selects a preset weight and shape from the program menu. The computer then determines the cutting positions. Hook weight control can optimize precision when product properties change. The machine can be completely opened for easy cleaning. Belts can be removed for separate cleaning.
