1 universal milling unit SK40
with integrated A swivel axis 190° (+/- 95°), in X-axis direction for lock/hinge processing on both sides along the door edge directly with the unit.
Milling spindle water-cooled, rated power 8 kW, available from 7,000 rpm, speed infinitely variable from 1,000 – 17,100 rpm, SK40 tool holder for automatic tool change.

1 chain tool magazine with 24 stations, for tools up to Ø 90 mm, with sorted storage up to max. Ø 160 mm, arranged at the unit exit position. Max. tool length 200 mm from spindle mount.
Milling spindle and 2 magazine stations set up for use of angle/probing heads with torque support.

Machine table with programmable width adjustment and width measurement for processing with edge bander for consistent milling depth on both sides.

1 set of infeed rollers for manual loading, automatically liftable and lowerable.
1 longitudinal stop with pneumatic setting stroke, mounted traveling with the unit for positioning to door length and door thickness.
4 pneumatic stops, swinging in from the side, for doors with veneer/overlapping face panels up to max. 15 mm, with selectable height adjustment for varying stop heights on finished doors (single-/double-rebate doors).
2 vacuum clamping lines, each with 5 vacuum cups, 130/200 x 70 mm, with feeler valve and blow-off equipment. Per line, 3 vacuum cups lowerable to match door height being processed.

1 vacuum pump approx. 128 m³/h suction capacity, with 250-liter buffer tank, for quick vacuum buildup.

Automatic central lubrication, free-standing control cabinet with air conditioning unit.
Occupational safety: bumpers on both sides of the gantry, side safety fence.

Various tools and tool holders can be included by prior arrangement.
The machine can be inspected in Hermaringen.
