1 universal milling unit SK40
with integrated A swivel axis 190° (+/- 95°), in X-axis direction for lock / hinge machining on both sides along the door longitudinal edge directly with the unit.
Spindle water-cooled, rated at 8 kW, available from 7,000 rpm, steplessly variable speed from 1,000 – 17,100 rpm, SK40 tool holder for automatic tool change.

1 chain tool magazine with 24 positions, for tools up to Ø 90 mm, with sorted placement up to max. Ø 160 mm, positioned at the unit exit. Maximum tool length 200 mm from spindle mount.
Spindle and 2 magazine positions set up for mounting angular probes / feeler heads with torque support.

Machine table with program-controlled width adjustment, as well as width measurement for edge processing with consistent milling depth on both sides.

1 set of infeed rollers for manual loading, automatically liftable and lowerable.
1 longitudinal stop with pneumatic insertion stroke, mounted on the unit, travels with the unit for positioning according to door length and thickness.
4 pneumatic stops, swiveling in from the side, for doors with veneer/cover overhangs up to max. 15 mm, and selectable height adjustment for different stop heights for finished doors (single/double rebate doors).
2 vacuum clamping lines, each line with 5 vacuum pods, 130 / 200 x 70 mm, with touch valve and blow-off device. Per line, 3 vacuum pods can be lowered according to door height being processed.

1 vacuum pump approx. 128 m³/h suction capacity, with 250-liter buffer tank, for fast vacuum build-up.

Automatic central lubrication, freestanding control cabinet with air conditioning unit.
Occupational safety: bumpers on both sides of the gantry, side safety fence.

Various tools and tool holders can be included by agreement.
The machine is set up and operational. Inspection possible in the Hannover region.
