Overview

This double-lane automatic fish filleting machine, type: Maja DFS 4365/PA, was manufactured in Germany in 2011. The twin-lane skinning machine DFS 4365 is designed for the fully automatic skinning of fish fillets on two independently controlled skinning systems. It offers fish processors greater flexibility, as two different skinning methods can be executed simultaneously, increasing machine capacity by 50% (approx. 1.5 tonnes of salmon fillets per hour). There is a single conveyor belt but two knife holders, allowing both sides to be filleted simultaneously. The two skinning systems can be independently configured to meet processor requirements. Downward pressure on the product is ensured by adjustable, air-filled rollers, guaranteeing effective yet gentle handling of the fillets. If required, a water spray device can be activated to rinse scales from the toothed roller. Guide rails ensure precise infeed positioning of the fillets. Features include high infeed safety.
