Once the desired washing temperature and time are set, the device is switched on and the cleaning solution in the tank is heated. Inside the closed unit, the basket rotates at a constant speed on its own axis. The pump units draw the cleaning solution from the wash tank and deliver it through six stainless-steel spray pipes with overlapping flat jet nozzles. With uniform rotation of the motor-driven basket, the workpieces are intensively blasted with hot cleaning solution from all sides. After completion of the cleaning process, the device switches off automatically.
