The machine has been thoroughly inspected by IBS and the pump has been newly sealed.

Easy handling thanks to a fully automatic cleaning process, allowing skilled workers to focus on other important tasks. The wash tank is filled with a mixture of water and IBS special water-soluble cleaner (cleaning solution). The soiled parts are placed in the rotating wash basket and the lid is closed. Once the desired washing temperature and time are set, the device is switched on and the cleaning solution in the tank is heated. Inside the closed unit, the basket rotates at a constant speed on its own axis. The pump units draw the cleaning solution from the wash tank and deliver it through six stainless-steel spray pipes with overlapping flat jet nozzles. With uniform rotation of the motor-driven basket, the workpieces are intensively blasted with hot cleaning solution from all sides.

After completion of the cleaning process, the device switches off automatically.
