Sistem, posebej zasnovan za industrijska okolja, zagotavlja popolno tehnično konfiguracijo, ki povečuje proizvodno učinkovitost ter zagotavlja varno delovanje z zaščitnimi napravami in sistemi za nadzor kakovosti na vseh stopnjah procesa. Postavljena je za neprekinjeno obratovanje z minimalnimi izpadi. Polnilna enota in pihalni stroji Cortellazzi Fintec VEGA 40.70.10 izobarni polnilni monoblok, letnik 1998, omogoča polnjenje gaziranih izdelkov pri stalnem tlaku, kar ohranja vsebnost CO2 in preprečuje izgube izdelka. Dve samostojni pihalni enoti hranita linijo z embalažo. Sidel SBO8 (1999) zagotavlja kontinuirano delovanje z visoko učinkovitostjo, medtem ko Kosme KSB-4000 (1998) služi kot rezervna ali podporna enota. Oba stroja omogočata hitre menjave formatov in stabilno delovanje ob polnemu kapaciteti. Karbonizator in upravljanje s CO2 Cortellazzi Kristal Mix 1998 nadzira gaziranje in obogaćanje izdelka s CO2, ter zagotavlja konsistentnost in stabilnost v fazi polnjenja. Omogoča tudi natančno nastavitev parametrov tlaka in temperature. Etiketiranje in personalizacija Trije etiketirni sistemi opravljajo različne naloge. Kosme Ekstrahotmelt 12TS1E1 (1998) nanaša etikete s pomočjo vročega lepila, KHS Carmichael (1995) izvaja klasično nanašanje etiket, Esleeve ESM 3200M (2004) pa nanaša termo skrčne ovitke na PET plastenke različnih formatov. Skupaj omogočajo fleksibilne rešitve za označevanje glede na linijo izdelkov. Nadzor kakovosti in toplotni tunel Krones Miho module (2008) pregleduje embalažo in etikete ter zaznava morebitne napake ali nepravilnosti. Sistem po potrebi izloči izdelke, ki ne ustrezajo standardom, brez prekinitve proizvodnje. Krones Shrinkmatt 3000 tunel (2008) uporablja paro za enakomerno krčenje folije na embalažah in zagotavlja enakomerno porazdelitev toplote brez popačenja ovitka. Sekundarno pakiranje Dimac Bluestar F30 (2007) ovija izdelke v skrčno folijo hitro in natančno, s čimer optimizira združevanje ter pripravlja pakete za paletizacijo. Hkrati zmanjšuje porabo materiala in zagotavlja čisto pakiranje. Nanos ročajev in pokrovčkov Twin Pack MGE (1997) nanese ročaje na združene plastenke, Bortolin Kemo (1997) pa enakomerno podaja in namešča pokrovčke, s čimer zagotavlja neprekinjeno zapiranje plastenk ter usklajeno delo linije. Konec linije in avtomatizacija Keber Meg Arm paletizator (1998) zloži zaključene pakete na palete.

Stanje: rabljeno, Uporabljena polnilna linija za vodo za PET embalažo 5L, 800 steklenic/uro Ta uporabljena polnilna linija za vodo za PET embalažo 5L z zmogljivostjo 800 steklenic na uro predstavlja celovito rešitev za obdelavo 5-litrskih PET steklenic, tako okroglih kot kvadratnih. Linijo je leta 2006 proizvedlo podjetje Specijalka iz Srbije. Čeprav je bila linija pred osmimi leti izklopljena, lastnik potrjuje, da je še vedno v ustreznem stanju. Linijo je mogoče tudi pregledati v suhem načinu delovanja. Tehnične specifikacije polnilne linije Uporabljena polnilna linija za vodo za PET embalažo 5L, 800 steklenic/uro, ima nazivno zmogljivost 800 steklenic na uro s 5,0-litrskimi posodami. Sistem vključuje 10-ventilski izpiralnik, 8-ventilski polnilnik ter 4-glavni zamaškovalnik – vse je integrirano v monoblok. Dodatno je v linijo vključen etiketirnik s hladnim lepilom za nanašanje papirnatih etiket. Tako ta kompaktna rešitev omogoča izpiranje, polnjenje, zapiranje in etiketiranje. Enota za izdelavo PET steklenic Ponudbi je priložen tudi polavtomatski pihalni stroj za PET steklenice, letnik 2004. Stroj uporablja dvojamni (dvovotni) kalupe in dosega kapaciteto 800 steklenic/uro pri 0,5 L, 600 steklenic/uro pri 1,5 L in 400 steklenic/uro pri 5 L. Sistem uporablja vodno hlajenje za ohranjanje operativne temperature. V ceni so vključeni kalupi za okrogle 0,5-litrske ter kvadratne 5-litrske steklenice. Ta stroj izpopolnjuje polnilno linijo in omogoča samostojno vpihovanje preform. Visokozmogljiv kompresor za pihanje Za podporo zgoraj navedenim enotam je na voljo tudi kompresor BOGE iz Nemčije (2006). Zagotavlja moč 11 kW, tlak 35 barov ter pretok 1.290 litrov/minuto. Sistem vključuje še 1000-litrski zračni rezervoar, dimenzioniran za 40 barov. Enota je opravila samo 500 delovnih ur in je zato v odličnem mehanskem stanju. Ta sestavni del zagotavlja zadostno in zanesljivo oskrbo z zrakom za učinkovito pihanje PET steklenic. Tehnični povzetek Skupaj ta uporabljena polnilna linija za vodo za PET embalažo 5L, 800 steklenic/uro, omogoča malim in srednje velikim proizvajalcem povsem avtonomno upravljanje celotnega procesa polnjenja. Linija omogoča izpiranje, polnjenje, zapiranje in etiketiranje, priloženi pihalni stroj in kompresor pa nudita potrebno infrastrukturo za lastno proizvodnjo steklenic iz preform.
