The working unit is mounted on it and moves along the Y and Z axes on prismatic guides with ball-bearing carriages. Movement of the lower moving unit (X axis) and the working unit along the moving beam (Y axis) is via a helical rack and pinion system, giving more tooth-to-tooth engagement for greater acceleration and higher speeds along the X and Y axes. The specially designed helical teeth reduce wear and lower mechanical noise. The vertical Z axis is driven by a ball screw, ensuring perfect balance under dynamic loads and supporting rapid acceleration and deceleration.
