Notes:
The machine has been serviced and partially overhauled in our workshop. The following work was performed and parts replaced:

• Hydraulic oil tank drained and cleaned
• Oil and air filters replaced
• Filled with new hydraulic oil

• All hydraulic hoses replaced
• Dismantling of press ram, complete disassembly, mechanical parts freed and serviced
• Front two main running rollers replaced
• Blades on press ram replaced
• Main hydraulic cylinder disassembled and inspected, cylinder tube and piston rod checked, complete seal kit replaced
• Counter blade in frame replaced
• Blade gap set to approx. 3 mm
• Upper steel guide rails in frame (left and right) replaced
• Worn press floor cut out, base plate replaced with wear-resistant HARDOX steel
• Tying and twisting unit dismantled and serviced, all twisting shafts and ball bearings replaced
• All wire rolls in needle heads replaced
• Wire cutters cleaned and adjusted, chains lubricated and tensioned
• All wire guide rollers serviced
• All door limit switches replaced
• Air separator dismantled, disassembled and serviced
• General maintenance performed

Finally, the baler was subjected to a machine test in manual and automatic mode. See video for machine function test.

The documentation (Operating manual, CE, electrical/hydraulic diagrams) is complete. Inspection by appointment is possible. We assume no liability for the technical information or possible errors.
