The industrial, dual-station tipper for meat trolleys, type W2-C, is an indispensable component for automating internal transport in medium and large food processing plants. The device has been designed to facilitate operators’ work, eliminate heavy manual labor, and accelerate the technological process when supplying raw materials to higher-positioned machines (such as vacuum tumblers, mixers, grinders, cutters, metal detectors, loading hoppers for packaging machines, or sorting lines).

The uniqueness of the W2-C model lies in its dual configuration (2 x 200L), which allows two meat trolleys to be handled simultaneously. This solution doubles the efficiency of the loading station, enabling smooth and continuous raw material dosing—while one trolley is being emptied, the other can be prepared for lifting, or two different batches can be mixed directly during discharge.

The tipping process is performed in a controlled and safe manner. The tipping carriage’s rotation angle is designed to ensure complete, 100% emptying of the trolley, even with dense, sticky, or heavily chilled minced or meat masses. The entire system is operated via an ergonomic and intuitive control panel, providing maximum operator safety in the workplace.
