Aluminium Circular Saw UK 800 HA, Semi-Automatic

The semi-automatic circular saw UK 800 HA is an upcut machine, primarily used for cutting profile materials made of cast aluminum, copper, and hard plastics (limited suitability for solid materials). The machine is characterized by its easy operation, quick and convenient material change, and simple mitre angle adjustment. The UK 800 HA offers a continuously adjustable mitre range to the left and right up to 20° (swivel range of two times 70°). The saw feed is actuated automatically at the press of a button; material clamping is provided by two pneumatically controlled vertical and two horizontal clamping cylinders. A minimum quantity lubrication system and an air blow gun for machine cleaning come as standard equipment! The machine is also equipped with connections for a chip extraction system. Additionally, optional features include a digital mitre angle display, a laser marking system, and pneumatic lifting for the safety hood.

Workflow
1. Set the cutting angle
2. Insert the material
3. Adjust the lifting speed
4. Move the clamping cylinders up to 20 mm from the material
5. Clamp the material
6. Press the START button to ready the machine
7. Press and hold both SAWING buttons to initiate cutting
8. After the cycle, release both SAWING buttons and press the STOP button
9. Open the clamping vice and remove or advance the material
