Aluminum Circular Saw UK 600 HA 90°, Semi-Automatic
The semi-automatic circular saw UK 600 HA 90° is an upcut machine primarily used for separating profile materials made of cast aluminum, copper, and hard plastics (solid materials to a limited extent). The machine stands out for its user-friendly operation and quick, convenient material changeover. This machine only permits 90° cuts! The saw feed is automatic and activated via push-button; material clamping is achieved by two pneumatically operated vertical and horizontal clamping cylinders respectively.

Standard equipment includes a minimal quantity lubrication system and an air spray gun for cleaning the machine. Connections for a chip extraction unit are provided. In addition, the machine can optionally be equipped with a digital mitre angle display, marking laser, and pneumatic hood lifting system.

Operating Procedure
1. Set the cutting angle
2. Insert the material
3. Adjust the stroke speed
4. Bring the clamping cylinders to within 20 mm of the material
5. Clamp the material
6. Press the start button to make the machine ready for operation
7. Press and hold both SAW buttons to perform the cut
8. After the cycle is complete, release both SAW buttons and press the STOP button
9. Open the clamping device and remove or advance the material
