Aluminum Circular Saw BC 450 HA, Semi-automatic (MG FRONT-450)

The BC 450 HA is a double miter saw with a swiveling range of 45° to the left and 22.5° to the right and automatic miter adjustment via stop functions. The saw feed operates automatically, and the material is clamped pneumatically. The saw blade (450 x 30 mm) operates horizontally. Additionally, this machine can optionally be equipped with a digital miter angle display, a marking laser, and a pneumatic safety guard lifting system!

Operating Process
1. Set the cutting angle
2. Insert the material
3. Adjust the feed rate
4. Move the clamping cylinders to within 20 mm of the material
5. Clamp the material
6. The machine is ready for operation by pressing the start button
7. Press and hold both SAW buttons to cut the material
8. Upon completion of the cycle, release both SAW buttons and press the STOP button
9. Open the clamping device and remove or advance the material
