A complete brewhouse including fermentation is available. Production capacity: 500 l/h, space requirements X/Y: 8000 mm / 2000 mm.

1) Mash mill, capacity: 500 l.

2) Mash kettle with steam or hot water, material: stainless steel, insulation: V2A.
3) Wort kettle and lauter tun with steam or hot water, inner/outer material: stainless steel/copper, without external boiler.
4) Whirlpool, material: stainless steel.
5) 2-stage plate heat exchanger, insulation: V2A.
6) 6x cylindroconical fermentation tanks (CCTs), capacity: 1200 l each, with cooling jacket.
7) Hot water generator.
8) Refrigeration unit.

Production capacity: 500 l per 8 hours. The brewhouse is brand new and unused, but 8 years old. The brewhouse needs to be piped. Documentation available. An on-site inspection is possible.
