Ogni componente è realizzato con materiali di alta qualità, prevalentemente acciaio inox, garantendo durabilità e conformità alle normative igieniche. Sistema di Carico e Lavaggio All’inizio, lo svuota-bin alimenta le olive su un nastro trasportatore, mantenendo un flusso continuo e costante verso la fase di lavaggio. Successivamente, la lavatrice con defogliatore separa efficacemente foglie e impurità. Inoltre, la lavatrice Alfa Laval in acciaio inox con ciclone integrato esegue una pulizia approfondita delle olive. Nel frattempo, una tramoggia e una coclea convogliano le olive al frangitore, preservandone la qualità grazie alla struttura in acciaio inox. Frangitura e Trasferimento Pasta Dopo il lavaggio, il frangitore a martelli Rapanelli in acciaio inox, montato su telaio in acciaio, frantuma in modo uniforme le olive con una capacità di 25 q/h. La pasta viene poi trasferita tramite una pompa alle gramole che giocano un ruolo fondamentale nel processo. Sono presenti sei vasche in acciaio inox da 600 litri ciascuna per la gramolazione. Valvole pneumatiche gestiscono carico e scarico, mentre finestre d’ispezione permettono il controllo visivo del ciclo. Decanter e Separazione A questa fase, il decanter Alfa Laval 716B-11G tratta 12-15 q/h di pasta. Il decanter separa olio e acqua in un serbatoio inox, mentre un vaglio vibrante rimuove i residui. Pompe dedicate gestiscono il trasferimento di acqua e olio, mentre una coclea inox lunga 11 metri convoglia la sansa attraverso una tramoggia.
