2-vessel brewhouse mounted as a brew block on a stainless steel frame. The system consists of the following components:

- Mash/lauter tun made of stainless steel for mashing in, mashing, and lautering. Independent control of the thermal oil-heated jacket and bottom heating. The double-walled vessel is insulated and features a polished internal surface. The top-mounted motor drives the cutting and stirring agitator with infinitely variable speed control. For lautering, there is a multi-part perforated false bottom, and for spent grain removal, a rectangular manway on the side. Furthermore, the vessel is equipped with a hinged lid, CIP spray head, temperature probe, and spray unit.

- Wort kettle/whirlpool made of stainless steel. The double-walled vessel features welded heating zones in the jacket and the base, both heated with thermal oil. The vessel is insulated and comes with a temperature probe, hinged lid, CIP spray head, spray unit, height-adjustable lock, and tangential wort inlet for the whirlpool phase. Internal surfaces are polished.

- Single-stage plate heat exchanger for cooling wort from 100°C to 18°C while simultaneously heating water from 13°C to 77°C. Wort from a brew can be cooled in about one hour. The plates are made of stainless steel 1.4401 (AISI 316), gaskets EPDM. The wort cooler is equipped with a PT1000 temperature sensor.

- Thermal oil heater for heating the laser-welded heating zones of the brewing vessels. The thermal oil tank holds approx. 50–65 liters of oil, electrically heated up to a maximum of 150°C. An over-temperature safety switch automatically stops heating above 160°C. The vessel is equipped with temperature and level probes. A pump circulates the thermal oil.

- 12 hl hot water tank, separately mounted on three legs, with top manway. The tank is heatable, insulated, and features hose level indicator, temperature probe, and hot water pump.

- Centrifugal pump for product transfer between vessels and for CIP cleaning, with 0.37 kW motor and stepless speed control.

- Stainless steel pipelines and manual valves for routing product streams. Pipes are orbital-welded and feature polished internal surfaces.

- Control unit with 10" touchscreen and PLC for brewhouse automation, enclosed in a stainless steel switch cabinet. The following processes can be controlled and monitored:
1. On/off and speed control of the agitator and cutting agitator
2. Temperature control of mash/lauter tun
3. Temperature control of kettle/whirlpool (separate for bottom and jacket)
4. On/off and speed control of the product and CIP pump
5. Display of incoming water temperature
6. Display of wort temperature at outlet
