LOIRE SAFE Hydraulic Press – High-Performance System for Toolmaking and Heavy-Duty Forming

This high-performance hydraulic press, featuring a robust 4-column portal design, is engineered specifically for demanding toolmaking applications (tryout/spotting) as well as large-scale forming processes. The stress-relieved, annealed welded frame ensures maximum rigidity and long-term process stability.

The machine is equipped with three main cylinders featuring multi-cylinder parallel control, achieving high repeat accuracy within a range of ±0.1 mm. The powerful hydraulic system, based on Bosch Rexroth components, operates at a maximum working pressure of approximately 450 bar, enabling precise and forceful processing.

Control is managed via a Siemens S7-317F PLC, combined with servo-controlled axes (Rexroth MLC) and visualization using Siemens WinCC. This allows for fully programmable press cycles, storage of tool parameters, and convenient operation including diagnostic and fault features.

Comprehensive safety equipment includes light curtains at the front and rear (Category 4), ram parallelism monitoring, emergency stop with defined response time, and optional two-hand operation for maximum operational safety. The system is CE-compliant and meets current safety standards.

The equipment includes a three-section hydraulic draw cushion, a hydraulic ram cushion, and an extendable table with approximately 4,000 mm stroke. The machine is complemented by a DIN-compliant ram mounting plate and integrated blanking shock dampening for demanding forming processes.
