Additional units

Bottom scoring saw unit
This unit is used for machining balancing incisions on the underside of processed lamellas with widths over 200 mm. The saw blade is mounted with a flange directly on a flat motor.
The horizontal scoring stroke, actuated pneumatically, is approx. 150 mm (travel between boards, activated by mobile spot sensor). Area adjustment is manual. The stroke length can be read off a counter.
The vertical scoring stroke, also pneumatically actuated, is approx. 30 mm (allowing fast switching during machining between lamellas with and without balancing incision).
End-stop for incision depth is manually adjustable. The stroke length can be read off a counter.
Lamellas must enter the machine individually, piece by piece (no push-through).
