Overview Industrial Laminating Line for Hard Biscuits and Crackers An integrated solution for the entire process from start to finish. The line was manufactured in 2005. The manufacturer is LASER s.r.l., based in Italy. Flexible process line equipped with various accessories to enable the production of numerous products. The versatile line consists of: - Dough handling system for feeding a three-roll sheeter - Laminating unit - Four gauging stations - Relaxation conveyor - Blower unit - Two cutting units (engraving and cutting with a rotary cutting machine) - Dough washing unit - Lye bath (including heater) - Three topping applicators (for salt or various seeds) - Tunnel oven (Hybrid: DGF and cyclothermic zone) - Oil spraying machine - Manuals (operation manuals and electrical diagrams) in English The working width of the line is 0.8 m, and the oven baking length is 25 m. The line is still in production. The capacity of the line is approx. 300 kg per hour of finished products. The tunnel oven is heated by natural gas burners.
