Single-sided automatic edge banding machine with pre-milling unit, hotmelt adhesive application for straight workpieces (EVA-PUR gluepot with drainage function optional), HF end-trimming station, HF milling unit, corner copying unit, chain feed, double pressure rollers, extendable workpiece support rail, signal lamp for workpiece sequencing and integrated track control for contactless operation of processing functions. Suitable for ABS, PVC, melamine, and heavy wood veneer roll material, as well as fixed lengths from 0.4–3.0/6.0 mm and workpiece heights from 8–60 mm. • Automatic edge feeder for roll material via rotary roll table, D=800 mm.

• Two contra-rotating, sensor-controlled pre-milling units with diamond-tipped spiral cutters ensure clean and tear-free pre-milling of workpieces before edge application.

• Long infeed fence (650 mm) with support.

• Teflon-coated, quick-change gluepot with 1.5 kg capacity, leakproof with glue supply from below (excess glue is automatically returned to the gluepot), precision glue application by glue roller, separate adjustable glue roller temperature, electronic temperature control with automatic standby function (prevents glue from burning if the machine is not used for an extended period but remains switched on). Optional: EVA/PUR gluepot with drainage/cleaning function for rapid color change.

• Automatic strip magazine (70 mm intake capacity) with spiked roller for solid wood lippings.

• Pressure zone consisting of a driven pressure roller synchronized with the glue roller and two smaller, oppositely conical spring-loaded pressing rollers ensures optimal joint formation between the edge material and the workpiece, with digital counter for pressure zone adjustment.

• High-frequency end-trimming saw equipped with HF motor, 0.35 kW, 12,000 rpm, two saw blades and high-precision linear guides for clean and precise cutting, equipped with dust extraction hood.

• High-frequency combination milling station, two powerful 0.55 kW HF motors with carbide-tipped special cutters, suitable for radius, flush, and bevel milling, horizontal and vertical workpiece tracing, aggregate adjustment with digital counters for different edge types, two chip extraction hoods with 2 x Ø 100 mm central extractors, height adjustment of the upper unit linked to the top pressure roller.

• Corner copying unit: Automatic machining of end edges up to 2 mm edge thickness. Equipped with a 0.27 kW HF motor, selectable via control panel. Option for single-sided (front or rear edge) or double-sided corner copying.

• Swiveling control panel with 10" color touchscreen manages glue temperature settings, automatic temperature reduction during machine idle time, on/off functions for processing units and error diagnostics, including digital meter counter for edge material usage.

• LED lighting in the enclosure

• Riepe spray systems for anti-adhesion, NFLY, and cleaning agent optionally available

Optional finishing units (3 free spaces):

• Radius scraper unit: Light scraping cut removes any milling marks left by radius cutters, providing a perfect finish.
