Single-sided automatic edge banding machine with jointing unit, hot-melt glue application for straight workpieces (EVA/PUR glue pot with discharge function optional), two-motor HF (high-frequency) end trimming station with swiveling motors, HF milling unit, corner copying unit, chain feed, double roller top pressure, extendable workpiece support rail, signal lamp for workpiece sequence, and integrated travel control for contactless control of processing functions. Suitable for ABS, PVC, melamine, and solid wood veneer roll material, as well as fixed lengths from 0.4 – 3.0/6.0 mm and workpiece heights from 8 – 60 mm. • Two counter-rotating, process-controlled jointing units equipped with diamond-tipped spiral jointing cutters ensure precise and tear-free jointing of the workpieces before edge banding.

• Teflon-coated, quick-change glue pot with 1.5 kg capacity, leak-proof with bottom glue supply (excess glue is automatically returned to the pot), finely adjustable glue application via glue roller, separate glue roller temperature adjustable, electronic temperature control with automatic standby (prevents glue from burning when the machine is on but not in use for extended periods).
Optional: EVA/PUR glue pot with discharge/cleaning function for fast color change.
Optional: Quick-change system for glue pot.

• Automatic strip magazine with spiked roller for solid wood lippings.

• Pressure zone consisting of a driven pressure roller synchronized with the glue roller and two smaller, oppositely tapered pressure rollers with spring tension.

• High-frequency end trimming saw equipped with two 0.55 kW HF motors, 12,000 rpm, two saw blades, and high-precision linear guides ensures clean and accurate sawing, equipped with extraction hood, manual tilt adjustment.

• High-frequency combination milling station, 2 powerful 0.55 kW HF motors with carbide-tipped special cutters.

• Corner copying unit: Automatic processing of end edges up to 2 mm edge thickness. Equipped with a 0.27 kW high-frequency motor, switchable from the control panel. Optional single-sided (front or rear edge) or double-sided corner copying.

• Rotatable control panel with 10" color touchscreen controls glue temperature settings, automatic temperature reduction during machine downtime, activation/deactivation of units, and error diagnostics, incl. digital meter counter for edge material consumption.

• LED cabin lighting

• Riepe spray systems for anti-adhesive, NFLY, and cleaning agents optionally available.

Optional finishing units (3 free slots):

• Radius scraping unit: Slightly pulling cut removes any radius milling marks for a perfect finish. Fine adjustment via digital counter.

• Surface scraper unit: Gently scrapes away any glue residue at the glue joint from the workpiece surface.

• Buffing unit: 2 motors, 0.09 kW, 1,500 rpm, provide a high-gloss finish for ABS and PVC edge materials.
