Single-sided automatic edge banding machine with jointing unit, hot-melt glue application for straight workpieces, flush trimming unit with VR function, HF milling unit, chain feed, double roller upper pressure, and extendable workpiece support rail. Suitable for ABS and PVC edge banding rolls, as well as fixed lengths from 0.4 to 2.0 mm and workpiece heights from 8 to 50 mm.

• Automatic edge feeding for roll material via rotatable reel table D=600 mm

• Two counter-rotating, demand-controlled jointing units with diamond-tipped spiral jointing cutters guarantee clean and tear-free jointing of the workpieces before edge application.

• Teflon-coated glue pot with 1.5 kg capacity, leak-proof with bottom glue reservoir (excess glue is automatically returned to the glue pot), precise glue application via glue roller, separate glue roller temperature adjustable, electronic temperature control with automatic standby function (prevents glue burn-off if the machine remains switched on but is unused for extended periods). (Optional: EVA/PUR glue pot with drainage/cleaning function for quick color change).

• Pressure zone consisting of a powered pressure roller operating synchronously with the glue roller, and an adjustable pressure roller with spring tension, ensuring a strong joint between the edge material and the workpiece, adjustable via SIKO display.

• Flush trimming unit for front and rear workpiece edges, including VR function (for vertical curves), HF motor 0.27 kW / 12,000 rpm, automatic tracing on the workpiece, with extraction hood

• High-frequency combination milling station, 2 powerful 0.27 kW high-frequency motors with HM-WPL special cutters, suitable for radius and chamfer trimming, horizontal and vertical workpiece tracing, unit adjustment with digital counters for different edge types, height adjustment of the upper unit via upper pressure.

• 5.6" color touchscreen controls glue temperature settings, automatic temperature reduction when the machine is idle, activation/deactivation of units, and error diagnostics.

• Riepe spray systems for anti-adhesive or cleaning agents available as option

Optional finishing units (2 free slots):

• Radius scraper unit: Slight cutting action removes any milling marks from radius cutters, ensuring a perfect finish. Fine adjustment via digital counter.

• Buffing unit: 2 motors, 0.05 kW, 1,500 rpm, provide a superb finish for ABS and PVC edge materials.
