Suitable for processing straight and profiled edges on panel-shaped workpieces, ends of mouldings and posts, stair treads, etc.

Construction/Configuration:

1. BASE MACHINE, length: approx. 6,800 mm, machine table length: 2,200 mm for maximum workpiece length of 2,000 mm, drive for automatic table reciprocation, feed speed infinitely variable within the range of 4 - 40 m/min
2. WORKPIECE CLAMPING DEVICE TR, 0-80 mm
3. PROFILE MILLING UNIT, operating from below, P = 3.7 kW and n = 6,000 rpm
4. PROFILE MILLING UNIT, sensing from above, P = 1.5 kW and n = 6,000 rpm
5. GRINDING UNIT S 2000 K, for grinding the straight edge, P = 2.4/3.0 kW
6. 2 x GRINDING UNIT S 2000 x 60 DF,
for grinding the lower and upper radii, P = 0.6/0.9 kW
