DESCRIPTION:

Our horizontal hydraulic ram presses of the HV/NC series are available with three different press forces, ranging from 150 to 300 tons. These horizontal hydraulic presses are specifically designed for straightening and bending sections, bars, and beams. The horizontal construction design allows effortless processing of large beams and profiles. The latest generation of the HV/NC series horizontal hydraulic presses has evolved into a highly versatile machine, capable of accommodating a wide variety of tooling options.

STRUCTURE AND TABLES

The HV/NC series horizontal hydraulic straightening presses are constructed with a C-shaped, fully welded frame made entirely from S355JR steel. Following welding, the frame is stress-relieved and precision-machined to ensure perfect parallelism and accuracy. Calculations and manufacturing are performed using finite element method software. This ensures our consistently high standards of robustness, precision, and quality.

The presses are equipped with a main sliding table and a rear support table, both manufactured from high-strength steel and featuring T-slots compliant with DIN 650. Support blocks made from C45E steel are standard. The main table guarantees perfect parallelism via four cylindrical guides with maintenance-free, low-friction bimetal bushings. Each machine comes standard with two height-adjustable support rollers on each side.

CYLINDER AND HYDRAULIC SYSTEM

The double-acting cylinder is crafted from seamless, cold-drawn tubing with a chrome-plated piston and wear-resistant, maintenance-free guides. The hydraulic power unit is motor-driven, featuring a two-speed system with automatic cut-off of the rapid speed. A cylinder decompression valve is included.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION AND SAFETY

The machine is equipped with a SIEMENS safety PLC (SIMATIC S7 1200) and a 4-inch touchscreen (MTP-400) mounted above the electric foot pedal. This allows for programming of operation modes in semi-automatic and automatic, as well as parameters for force, stroke, and dwell time of the upper cylinder. It has a storage capacity for 99 recipes, with all values programmable for each recipe.

The electrical control panel features a selector switch to choose between manual or automatic operation, along with a key switch for maintenance tasks. Electrical and hydraulic controls are redundant and self-monitored. An additional safety block and self-monitoring safety devices for all movements are integrated.
