Das Modell MLE 661 Bier ist ein kompakter und präziser Abfüllmonoblock, der für kleine bis mittelgroße Brauereien und Getränkehersteller entwickelt wurde. Er verfügt über eine Pick & Place-Technologie für pilfer-proof Aluminium-Schraubverschlüsse (30 x 20 mm) und ein elektronisches System zur Einstellung der Füllhöhe für einfache Formatwechsel. Das patentierte Positionierungssystem platziert die Infrarotlampen präzise und sorgt dafür, dass die Vorformen optimal und ohne Öffnen des Ofens erwärmt werden. Für einen effizienten Ablauf richtet das Förderbandsystem die Vorformen aus und positioniert sie richtig, was die Heizphase beschleunigt und die Rüstzeiten verkürzt. Mikrometrični ventil uravnava količino CO₂, merilnik pretoka pa prikazuje natančno vrednost. Takoj po vbrizgavanju sledi karbonizacija in končno mešanje, kar zagotavlja enakomeren in popolnoma integriran proizvod. Zadnji del izmenjevalnika, ki deluje pod visokim pritiskom, omogoča popolno absorpcijo CO₂. 4. Shranjevanje in stabilizacija Na koncu proces preide v fazo shranjevanja in stabilizacije v tlačnem rezervoarju. Ker rezervoar deluje pod nadzorovanimi pogoji, omogoča stalen tok proizvoda proti polnilnemu stroju in zagotavlja potreben čas za stabilizacijo. Poseben regulacijski sistem skrbi za stalni tlak CO₂ ter s tem ohranja kakovost pijače.
