Overview
This bottling line for returnable glass bottles consists of equipment from KRONES, KETTNER, GM GERA, RINK, SYSCONA, MATEC, FALTERBAUM, Bohrer, and other suppliers. The plant is designed for processing returnable glass bottles in crates, mainly in 0.33 l and 0.75 l formats. It covers all essential process steps, from crate depalletizing, crate sorting, bottle uncorking, unpacking, bottle washing, empty bottle inspection, filling and capping, through labeling, full bottle inspection, crate packing, crate inspection, and palletizing. The existing crate depalletizer and palletizer are available on site; however, due to their age and outdated technology, it is recommended not to include these units in the purchase of the plant. Instead, suitable modern depalletizing units can be offered and integrated into the line concept according to the buyer’s requirements.

The plant has a rated filling capacity of approximately 18,000 bottles per hour, and the premix system is designed for 22,000 L/h. Dismantling of the plant is scheduled for February 2027.
