Overview

This synchrobloc consisting of a blow molding machine, filling machine, and capping machine was manufactured in 2011 by the Italian company Kosme S.r.l. The KSB 4R-40-10 IsoBlock model combines stretch blow molding, isobaric filling, and capping into a single compact system. The machine is currently used for bottling cider in 1.5-liter PET bottles at an output of 7,200 bottles per hour (8 g/l CO₂). It will remain in production until December 2025 and can be inspected on site by appointment. The system includes preform and cap feeding units. The sale price includes disassembly, handling, packaging, and loading onto a truck. Note: CIP system and mixer are not included in this offer.
