1. Full oscillating wire cutting at all stations

The machine is equipped with an oscillating wire system operating at every cutting stage:
- Horizontal cutting: max. 61 oscillating wires
- Vertical (side) cutting: max. 11 wires with oscillation system
- Down-cutter station (top-down cutting for packs): also with full wire oscillation

2. Automatic wire setting

The automatic wire positioning system operates at key stations:
- On horizontal cutting
- On the down-cutter station (top-down cutting)

3. Automatic adaptation to block length (5m / 4m)

The machine is factory-equipped to handle both 5 meter and 4 meter blocks.
Automatic actuator at the down-cutter station: After selecting the appropriate function in the menu (for 5m or 4m blocks), the machine automatically adjusts the clamp actuator and the supporting barrier. This ensures that side front waste, when top-down cutting, always falls exactly in the designated, correct place. No manual adjustments are required.
