Komax Zeta 633/654

1. Currently everything is made only for use with Inarca connectors/housings. To use others that are not physically identical to Inarca connectors, conversion is required (the Komax team knows this best).

2. Double crimping is not possible. So single crimping is possible.

3. The ZETA 633/654 machine has 4 presses. The ZETA 633/656 machine has 3 presses (visible from the picture PP from the first email).

4. The Zeta 654 machine has an automatic coating insertion on the fastons. Possible for 6.3 and 4.8 plugs.

5. The system can be adapted to different numbers of poles in the connectors. We used connectors with different numbers of poles (2P, 3P, 4P, 7P, 8P). Depending on the needs of the buyer of the sets.
On the 654 machine, the dosing of connectors into the machine is automatic via a vibrator. On the 656 machine, the connectors are manually inserted into the pallet (one is inserted, the other pallet is in the stack and the conductors are automatically inserted).

6. The presses are "smart" and automatically adjust the height of the clamp pressing onto the conductor.

7. The machines do not have an injection unit.

8. In practice, we had a maximum of 1.500 mm. According to the technical data, it can be even more (see technical data listed below for each machine).

9. On the Zeta 656, it is possible to insert connectors on both ends of the conductors. On the Zeta 654, it is only possible on one side (see picture below).
