CW fiber laser with 750 watts as a stand-alone system or for integration into machines and production lines.

This water-cooled laser is particularly suitable for applications requiring high thermal input into the workpiece due to its high output power. Typical applications include welding of metals or plastics, cutting, as well as material ablation or structuring. By optionally using a 2D galvanometer scanner, the laser beam can also be software-controlled and directed over the workpiece. The laser can be modulated both digitally and via analog power control, and can be operated and monitored through dedicated control software.

The images show a setup with a galvanometer scanner. Optionally, the system can also be equipped with a welding head or cutting head. By installing side panels and a front door with a laser safety window (all included), laser class 1 can be achieved. The working area height is electrically adjustable via a Z-axis.

The laser system is pre-configured for integration into an upstream system but can also be used as a stand-alone unit. Interfaces for interlock, emergency-stop, external laser control, etc., are available for integration purposes. Optionally, individual system components can be integrated by the customer into an installation. We are happy to support the customer in accordance with their requirements and in consultation.
