Special workbench systems of the SST, SFT, and SWT fix series serve as 3D clamping workstations for efficient production of assembly, welding, and bonding structures, such as fixtures, railings, frames, etc. Using the comprehensive range of clamping accessories (see catalog section welding table accessories), these table systems can also be used as flexibly configurable fixtures, allowing for high-quality manufacturing of small and medium batch sizes. The special workbenches feature a 16 mm (dual standard) or 25 mm (triple 24+1) thick worktop, each equipped with a Ø28 mm hole grid. Additionally, the tabletop features a 100 x 100 mm grid marking for simple alignment of workpieces or fixtures. The grid system allows the use of a wide range of clamping elements and positioning aids. For special applications, the tabletop surface can, as an option, be supplied in stainless steel 1.4301, aluminum, plastic, or high-strength materials like ST70, deviating from the standard. Thanks to the fully bolted construction of the clamping plate, the work surface can be replaced cost-effectively in case of wear, thus making the table system sustainably usable.
