This allows the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height according to specific requirements, thereby improving efficiency and ergonomics. Height adjustment is standard via a manual hydraulic mechanism within a range of 650 – 1050 mm (other heights available on request). The worktop, as with the SST fix series, features a 100 x 100 mm, Ø 28 mm hole grid. When used in combination with processing machines, inspection or post-processing devices (such as deburring, marking, or testing fixtures) can be adjusted to match the clamping table height of the machine.

The table systems can easily be relocated using a pallet truck. These mobile systems, with their various fixing and securing options, have proven ideal for the maintenance of injection moulding and die-casting tools. Immediately after removal from the machine, tools can be safely serviced on site and then moved to maintenance for repairs. The fully bolted design of the clamping plate enables cost-effective replacement of the working surface in case of wear at a later date.
