This allows the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height to suit the specific requirements, improving both efficiency and ergonomics. Height adjustment is standardly effected via a manual hydraulic system, with a range of 650 – 1050 mm (other ranges available upon request). The table systems can be easily relocated on site using a pallet truck. These mobile systems, with various mounting and securing options, have proven ideal for the maintenance of injection moulding and die casting tools. After removal from the machine, tools can be safely serviced on site and then transported to maintenance for repairs. Thanks to the fully bolted construction of the clamping plate, the working surface can be cost-effectively replaced in the event of later wear.
