Special workbench systems of the SST, SFT, and SWT fixed series serve as 3D clamping workstations for efficient production of assembly, welding, and bonding structures, such as fixtures, railings, frames, etc. With the extensive range of clamping accessories (see catalogue section Welding Table Accessories), these table systems can also be flexibly configured as fixtures, enabling high-quality manufacturing of small and medium batch sizes. The special workbenches feature a 16 mm (dual standard) or 25 mm (triple 24+1) thick worktop equipped with a Ø28 mm hole grid. Additionally, the tabletop includes a 100 x 100 mm grid marking for easy alignment of workpieces or fixtures. The hole pattern of the table allows for the use of a wide variety of clamping elements and positioning aids. For special requirements, the tabletop surface can also be supplied, upon request, in stainless steel 1.4301, aluminum, plastic, or high-strength materials such as ST70, instead of the standard option. Thanks to the fully bolted design of the clamping plate, the working surface can be replaced cost-effectively in case of wear, which ensures the table system remains sustainably reusable.
