This enables the user to adjust the working surface height flexibly to the respective requirements, improving efficiency and ergonomics. The height adjustment is standardly performed via a manual hydraulic system within a range of 800 mm (on request, other heights available). Like the SST fix series, the worktop is equipped with a 100 x 100 mm Ø 28 mm hole grid. When used in combination with machining equipment, inspection or post-processing fixtures (deburring, marking, checking) can be adjusted to the height of the machine’s clamping table. The table systems can be easily relocated using a pallet jack. These mobile systems, with various mounting and securing options, have proven ideal for the maintenance of injection moulding and die-casting tools. After removal from the machine, tools can be safely serviced on site and then transferred to maintenance for repairs. Due to the fully bolted construction of the clamping plate, the working surface can be replaced cost-effectively in the event of wear.
