This enables the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height to meet specific requirements, thereby improving efficiency and ergonomics. Height adjustment is achieved as standard via a manual hydraulic system within the range of 650 – 1050 mm (other ranges available upon request). The worktop, like the SST fix series, features a 100 x 100 mm Ø 28 hole grid. Used in combination with machining equipment, the table allows test or finishing fixtures (deburring, marking, or inspection) to be adapted to the height of the machine's clamping table. The table systems can be relocated easily using a pallet jack. These mobile systems, with their various fastening and safety features, have proven ideal for the maintenance of injection molding and die-casting tools. After removal from the machine, tools can be serviced safely on-site and transported to maintenance for repairs. The fully bolted construction of the clamping plate allows for the cost-effective replacement of the work surface in case of wear.
