This allows the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height to suit specific requirements, thereby improving both efficiency and ergonomics. The height adjustment is provided as standard via manual hydraulics, within a range of 650 – 1050 mm (greater or lower adjustments available upon request). Like the SST fixed series, the worktop also features a 100 x 100 mm grid pattern with Ø 28 mm holes.

When used in combination with machining equipment, inspection or rework fixtures (deburring, marking, inspection) can be adjusted to match the height of the machine clamping table. The table systems can be easily relocated using a pallet truck. These mobile systems, with various clamping and securing options, have proven ideal for the maintenance of injection moulding and die-casting tools. Tools can be safely serviced on site immediately after removal from the machine and then transferred to maintenance for repairs. The fully bolted construction of the clamping plate allows the working surface to be replaced cost-effectively if it becomes worn.
