Complete microbrewery – brewhouse with 10 hl cast-out volume and up to 1,500 hl annual production. High-quality brew kettle by Schulz, double-walled with internal wort boiler, lauter tun, whirlpool, complete piping, and hoses. Fully automatic control with control cabinet; manual mashing-in, hop dosing, and spent grains removal. Includes malt mill and small equipment. Wort cooler and wort aeration.

Fermentation and storage cellar: 1 open fermenter 10 hl, 2 flat-conical fermentation tanks (20 and 30 hl net volume), 4 storage tanks (20 hl), 6 serving/pressure tanks (10 hl), 1 pressure tank (30 hl), automatic temperature control for fermentation tanks, 2 cellar pumps, hoses, 1 sanitizing vat.

Filling area: 1 cabin washer with hot water tank for KEG and bottle cleaning; 1 siphon filler. Extensive accessories, small parts, hoses, etc.

Utilities: 1 steam generator 120 kg/h, 1 ice storage refrigeration system, 1 compressed air unit.
