KALLFASS Universa 800

Fully automatic flow pack machine for packaging products—regardless of their length—with complete wrapping and without film overlap. Product feeding is via a conveyor belt, with simultaneous wrapping in center-folded film over a forming shoulder. Product indexing is controlled by a photoelectric sensor. The infeed conveyor can be easily adjusted to accommodate different product widths. Longitudinal sealing is performed by a continuous side sealing unit. The height of the forming shoulder and sealing units can be manually adjusted.

Wear parts and defective components have been replaced. The machine has been technically inspected by Kallfass and is in full working order.
