Edge sanding machine with integrated double conveyor feed system for solid wood parts, veneer edges, and curved workpieces, featuring full unit oscillation.

Processing of solid and veneered edges either manually or via automatic feed.

- On the veneer sanding side, material is guided along two adjustable fence plates (the infeed fence features integrated extraction slots and is finely adjustable according to a scale based on stock removal), onto an elastic sanding pad (oscillating for uniform use of the graphite lining, including grit compensation adjustment and belt tension relief via two return rollers), with infeed fence extension, table size 1180 x 325 mm.

Manual processing of straight and curved solid wood parts:

- On the solid sanding side, workpieces are sanded against the continuous, glide-coated sanding belt backing, table size 1180 x 325 mm, including miter gauge with scale.
- On the front side, optionally equipped with a quickly installable semi-circular table (with extraction holes) for sanding against the rubber-coated drive roller, Ø 90 mm, resting radius 300 mm.
- At the drive roller, optionally equipped with a quickly mountable cast iron auxiliary table (with extraction holes), 400 x 500 mm, mounted on an oscillating spindle for use with sanding rollers Ø 25, 30, 40, and 45 x 100 mm for external and internal curves, with protective cover for the spindle.

Design:
Robust machine base with heavy-duty cast-iron tables, sanding unit motorized height adjustment up to 120 mm and tiltable up to 45° without any table adjustments (patented design), belt drive motor 3 kW (4 HP), 400 V/50 Hz, with motor protection switch, separate motor for belt oscillation, programmable oscillation stroke from 10 to 90 mm, electrical cabinet integrated in frame, constant belt tension with automatic length compensation, adjustable belt tracking, touch guard plate, dust extraction via two extraction hoods, flexible hoses and a common internal pipe leading to a Ø 150 mm connection flange, recess in base for easy machine movement with pallet jack or forklift; belt width 150–200 mm, belt length 2000 mm, working height 830 mm (solid wood sanding table) or 900 mm (veneer sanding table), net weight 750 kg, footprint 1150 x 800 mm.

Feed system:
Integrated in the machine base, two parallel conveyor belts underneath, spaced 250 mm apart, belts 50 mm wide, upper pressure rollers 20 mm wide, motor 0.55 kW (0.75 HP), infinitely variable speed control from 3 to 15 m/min.
