THE POWERFUL BENDING MACHINE FOR WORKSHOP AND ASSEMBLY

The compact and mobile bending machine enables precise and repeatable bending up to an outer diameter of 60 mm, both stationary and directly at the installation site. A powerful three-phase motor and a precision gearbox ensure a robust drive.

Position detection directly on the bending axis ensures optimal bending accuracy. The bending angle can be set quickly and easily via a user-friendly, menu-driven touchscreen interface that ensures even more intuitive operation.

For more complex bending tasks, 100 bending programs can be stored, each with an angle sequence of up to 8 bends per geometry. The multifunction control allows for variable adjustment of the bending speed for forward and reverse operation, and features a parametrizable overbending function to compensate for material spring-back.

By using four material characteristic curves, the material is automatically overbent to the required bending angle, ensuring an accurate bending result.

The "stationary pipe, rotating tool" principle ensures a minimal footprint during bending. For thin-walled pipes, sliding shoes are used to achieve wrinkle-free bends and to bend curves with minimal deformation from materials such as stainless steel and copper tubing.

With the PB20 profile bending attachment, flat, square and round bars can be bent effortlessly. The KBV small radius attachment enables extremely small bending radii.
