Robust and durable steel construction. Maintenance-free servo drive for the bending, feed, and rotation axes. The control system's touch display allows for easy and intuitive programming and operation of the machine. After the tube is inserted, it is fixed in place by the chuck in the carriage, ensuring precise positioning and permitting the production of dimensionally accurate geometries. Standard features also include a tube geometry check before the bending process: if the bending process is started at the wrong position, the machine will not release the bending operation—misoperation is prevented. Optional additional features increase comfort, boost output, and thus enhance the system’s efficiency.

Data exchange with the optional TBS-3D pipe calculation software (PC version) is done via USB stick or network. Existing tube geometries can be imported using the software.

Unique graphical programming: Simple geometries can be calculated directly at the machine. After entering length and angle, the controller automatically calculates the feed values and bending angles.
