ITF Wave 450

The Wave 450 parts washing system is an extremely flexible vacuum-assisted degreasing machine, capable of ensuring a high degree of component decontamination.
All operations, such as spray degreasing, immersion and ultrasonic cleaning cycles, as well as the processes of distillation, filtration, and drying of components, are performed automatically in sequence and in a fully vacuum-sealed environment.
The Wave 450 can operate with: modified alcohol-based solvents (MA) / Class III hydrocarbons (H-III) / chlorinated solvents (Perchloroethylene).
These solvents are specifically used when intensive degreasing is required, as they completely evaporate without leaving any residues on the treated parts.

Distillation
Solvent distillation allows the degreasing power of the solvent to remain unchanged. All our systems are standard equipped with a double-stage distiller, ensuring separation between solvent and oils; further expulsion of water is performed in the water separator.
Control via Siemens S7 PLC and 12" Siemens HMI are standard features.
The machine complies with Industry 4.0 requirements and therefore Industry 5.0 as well.
