ISAR IPW100

The IPW 100 batch pasteuriser is ideal for pasteurising packaged fruit preparations (such as jams and preserves), fermented products (such as vinegar and beer), as well as pickled fruit and vegetables. Packaging must be heat-resistant, for example made of glass or heat-resistant plastic bags. The exact temperature and duration of the heat treatment depend on the specific product. Operation is manual. The tank is not insulated.
