The pasteurizer is suitable for thermal treatment of liquid, low-viscosity food products. The unit is designed in accordance with food hygiene requirements. Heat treatment is carried out using a heat exchanger equipped with a stainless steel tube coil. Thermal energy is supplied by a heating oil boiler. The temperature of the heating water is controlled by the boiler control system. The temperature of the processed liquid is regulated via a controlled switching valve. Temperature monitoring takes place at two points: one in the heating medium and one at the product outlet. The system automatically regulates the temperature of the heating medium. Operation is fully automated. If the temperature of the juice to be pasteurized drops below the set value, the device’s outlet is blocked and the juice circulates through a bypass system until the target temperature is reached. Afterwards, the device resumes dispensing. After the process is complete, the tube coil can be easily cleaned using a sponge ball system. The device requires only minimal maintenance.
